Problems canceling Instacart orders
You can cancel an Instacart order even if the purchase or shipping process has already begun and you will still receive a full refund, but you may be charged a cancellation fee.

If you find yourself just not using Instacart as often as you expected, you can cancel your Express membership at any time. Partial refunds are not available, so the cancellation of the service will not take effect until the next renewal date.
Use the same process to cancel your Instacart Express free trial within the first 14 days of use. On Day 15, Instacart will convert your free trial to a regular paid membership and charge you the billing method you signed up for.
