Recovery initial factory settings iPhone is a way to repair any damage to your phone caused by unauthorized use of the software. This does not guarantee a solution to your problems, but it is your best bet.
You have several options to restore or factory reset your iPhone. Here’s how to do it.
How to restore your iPhone with iTunes
If you are using macOS Mojave (10.14) or below, you can use iTunes to restore your phone. Here’s how.

Connect your iPhone to your computer using supplied USB cable and open iTunes.
iTunes may open automatically when you connect your phone.

Click iphone icon in the top left corner of iTunes.

Click » Create a backup now» or » Synchronize», to manually back up your phone data.
If you have set your iPhone to automatic iCloud backup you should still make a manual backup to keep all your data.

Click » Restore iPhone» at the top of the iTunes window.
You must turn off Find My iPhone, before you can restore your device.

iTunes will ask you to confirm your decision. Click Reestablish, to continue.

iTunes will automatically start the restore process and notify you when it is complete.
How to restore your iPhone through settings
If you can still use your iPhone, you can also restore it to its original state through the Settings app.

Open settings on your iPhone.

Select General .

Go to reset at the bottom of the menu.

Click » Erase all content and settings» .

You may be prompted to back up your iPhone to iCloud or enter your passcode, after which your phone will wipe itself and reboot.
How to set up your iPhone
You can restore your iPhone by either connecting it to iTunes or by following the instructions on the device itself. Whichever method you choose, you will see two options: install a new iPhone and restore it from backup .
If you want to restore all your settings (such as email accounts, contacts, and passwords) on your phone, select » Restore from backup» . Select the name of your iPhone from the drop down menu on the right side of the screen.
If your iPhone has been particularly problematic, you can choose Set up like a new iPhone . This will prevent iTunes from restoring any problematic settings and you will still be able to sync your data to it.
Using the «Set up as new iPhone» option
When you set up your device as a new iPhone, you will need to decide what information and files you want to sync with your phone. First, you must decide if you want sync your contacts calendars, bookmarks, notes and email accounts with your iPhone.
Once you have made your selection, click Ready .
iTunes will begin backing up and syncing your iPhone.
Transfer your files
To transfer any apps, songs, and shows you may have purchased or downloaded to your phone, return to iTunes after the initial sync is complete. Select apps melodies music, movies, TV shows, books, and photos you want to sync to your iPhone from the iTunes menu.
Once you have made your selection, click button » Apply» which you will see in the lower right corner of the iTunes screen. iTunes syncs the files and media you choose to your iPhone.
Using the «Restore from Backup» option
If your phone’s most recent backup was in iCloud, you don’t need to connect it to iTunes to restore its settings. You will be able to select this after you sign in with your Apple ID.
If you decide to restore your iPhone from a backup, click » Restore from backup» .
Whether you’re doing it on your phone or through iTunes, you’ll see a list of the most recent backups you’ve made. Choose the one you made at the beginning of the process and your phone will return to its previous state.
