How SmartCast works

To make it easier to manage the main applications, you can use function application string settings Vizio . This allows you to change the order in which the main apps appear on the home screen so that you can group your favorites closer together.

Adding Apps to SmartCast TV
With SmartCast, you can also use the SmartCast mobile app to access an additional pre-selected group of apps that can be cast to your display or TV.
However, if you want to add apps that are not included in the main list, or pre-selected mobile apps available for immediate broadcast, you must add them to your smartphone so that you can also cast them to your TV. as when using a Chromecast device .
This means that any apps you add that are not in the list of essential apps and that are installed on your TV are on your smartphone and you must use it. Go to Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

To create an app, open it and tap Cast l ogo (the same logo used by Chromecast) at the top of the smartphone screen.
After you start streaming and your content starts playing on your TV or SmartCast display, you can simultaneously perform other tasks on your phone without interrupting playback, including searching for other content to broadcast, making a phone call, turning off your phone, or even leaving your home with a phone.
Playback will stop when the program ends or when you use the TV remote control to perform another function on the TV.
Vizio Internet Apps / Apps +
As mentioned in the introduction, instead of SmartCast, many Vizio TVs may have Internet applications on Vizio / YahooI based or platform Apps+ Smart TV.
VIA/VIA+ works similar to the platforms found on most Smart TVs. All applications reside on or can be added to the TV, giving users the ability to manage and add all of their applications directly through the TV using the remote control. However also supported mirroring and showing a limited number of applications using compatible smartphones and tablets.
